She is the proud mom of three young adult children, Cornell, Jeremy and Amber and the grandmother of Harlee Noel. Lisa prides herself on giving back to the community and serving those who are less fortunate. Her YouTube channel “The Real Lisa Hill” is a place where she empowers and encourages women. She is a Manna Giver at St. Vincent de Paul and spends her spare time volunteering for various organizations including The American Cancer Society and the Iris Domestic Violence Center.

Tamika was born and raised in Baton Rouge and has extensive knowledge of the Greater Baton Rouge Area. Her appreciation of real estate began over 8 years ago working alongside her husband, Lynell White, Jr. who is the owner of Nexlevelhomebuyers, LLC. The introduction to real estate and land development piqued her interest in the business. Her passion for people, unparalleled commitment to serving others and desire to always lead with integrity fuels her love of this business.
Tamika studied at Southern University A & M College, Baton Rouge receiving her Bachelor’s Degree, Fall of 1997 in Elementary Education. In the Spring of 2002, she received Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision. After 13 years of educating children, she transitioned to serving in multiple capacities in education, supporting principals and teachers, both at the district and state level. Ready for a new challenge, she received her real estate salesperson license in 2018.

April Bibbins-Green
Realtor Specialist and Customer/Client Relations Manager
April Bibbins-Green is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she obtained her BA in Communications from Southern University and A&M College in 2007. April was a receptionist at NVHomes in 2010 prior to becoming a licensed Realtor the same year with the company. After receiving her formal education, she became licensed in 2012 as a cosmetologist where she worked as a stylist in various salons before opening her own salon in 2015.
April is the Customer Client Relations Manager with New Vision Homes & Properties, LLC. In this position, April is the “go-to” person that helps all potential and current clients with any questions or concerns about the company. April is experienced in the customer service industry and she looks forward to working with you.
April is happily married to Donald Green, Jr and they are the proud parents of two beautiful children, Alexander Hunter Green and Devyn Kelly Green.

Stella is a Chicago, Illinois native who attended grade school in Illinois and high school at James McCosh in McComb, MS. She returned to Chicago and graduated from Cosmetology school in 1985. She has been a master hair stylist since then and enjoys helping people look their very best.
Stella is happily married to Eric Hitchens and together they have 7 beautiful children and 6 grand babies. In her spare time she enjoys reading, working out and her passion is mentoring and empowering young women. Serving her real estate clients is one of her greatest joys along with serving her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
